Terms and Conditions — aceph21 Platform Rules

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and aceph21 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account on aceph21 or by using any service, game, or feature offered through the platform at aceph21.best, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of aceph21 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you're always aware of the current rules.

These Terms apply to all services offered on aceph21, including but not limited to sports betting, PBA betting, esports betting, MMA betting, poker, jackpot slots, Pusoy, and any promotional or bonus programmes the platform runs.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and play on aceph21, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an active exclusion with aceph21.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

aceph21 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player cannot verify their age to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated before age verification may be withheld if the Player is found to be underage.

3Account Registration and Management

When you register for an account on aceph21, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information you submit during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — must match your valid government-issued ID.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may only hold one active aceph21 account. Creating additional accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a suspension, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aceph21 login credentials. aceph21 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO via InstaPay/PESONet, BPI via InstaPay/PESONet, UnionBank via InstaPay/PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposits

The minimum deposit on aceph21 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are processed within the same business day in most cases.

All funds deposited must come from a payment method that is registered to and owned by the same individual as the aceph21 account. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that belong to another person, is not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to you personally and that matches the name on your aceph21 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within five to fifteen minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during regular banking hours.

aceph21 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount. This is a standard anti-fraud and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement. Providing complete and accurate verification documents promptly will prevent delays.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, aceph21 offers bonus credits, free spins, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in which they are offered, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply on aceph21:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated by meeting wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• aceph21 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or strategic betting patterns designed to minimise risk — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

The wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. aceph21 does not apply hidden wagering requirements or change wagering requirements on bonuses after they have been credited to your account.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

aceph21 operates sports betting, live betting, casino games, card games, and slots. Each product area has detailed rules available within the respective section of the platform. These general rules apply across all betting activities:

• Final decisions: All bet settlement decisions made by aceph21 are final once confirmed, unless a clear system error or data feed error is identified.
• Errors and obvious mistakes: aceph21 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to system errors or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Maximum stakes and payouts: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per player. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Incomplete events: For sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, aceph21 follows the settlement rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
• Live betting: aceph21 may suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed while a market is suspended will be voided.

For Pusoy, poker, and other multiplayer card game tables, players are additionally bound by the fair play rules applicable to those specific games. Collusion, chip dumping, use of automated software, or any other form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aceph21 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of associated balances:

• Registering more than one aceph21 account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games
• Using automated software, bots, or tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit system bugs, errors, or technical glitches
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party

aceph21 monitors account activity for patterns that may indicate prohibited conduct. If prohibited activity is detected, aceph21 may freeze the account, conduct an investigation, report the activity to relevant authorities, and withhold associated funds pending the outcome.

8Responsible Gaming

aceph21 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be entertaining and that players should always be in control of their participation. The following tools are available to all registered players on aceph21:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits — Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period

• Cool-off periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks)

10Account Closure and Termination

You may close your aceph21 account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets and active bonuses at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with standard settlement rules.

aceph21 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if the platform determines that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• The platform is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority
• Continuing to operate the account would expose aceph21 to legal or financial risk

Upon account closure for reasons other than a Terms breach, any remaining balance in your aceph21 account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, after deducting any applicable fees and amounts owed to the platform.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aceph21 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials

aceph21 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.

12Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law and the regulations of the relevant licensing authority under which aceph21 operates. Any dispute arising from the use of aceph21 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

aceph21 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of aceph21 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
